We ensure your letter is sent correctly and on time, and you will receive the invoice of €35.00 by email after dispatch. The cancellation letter will be sent by us in your name, but without your signature. As a result, the written form requirement according to § 126 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is not fulfilled.
