1. What services does Termination Experts provide?
You can instruct Termination Experts to create, print, and send a cancellation letter to the relevant company, requesting them to terminate their services.
2. How does the processing of the cancellation letter work?
The actual processing of the cancellation is not handled by Termination Experts. For various reasons, a cancellation request may not be honored. Therefore, always check your contract and the options for termination yourself. We only send cancellation letters to the companies listed in our records and do our best to keep all addresses up to date. If an address is incorrect or outdated, let us know and we will resolve it together.
3. What is the Termination Experts phone number and how else can I contact Termination Experts?
We don’t have a phone number – so there is no “Termination Experts phone number” you can call. For all your questions or requests, simply contact us via [email protected]. Our customer service team answers most emails within one working day; during busy periods, response times may extend to a maximum of 7 days. Add the address to your contacts to prevent our reply from ending up in your spam folder!
4. What does it cost to send a cancellation letter through Termination Experts?
We charge a fixed price of 85 zloty for drafting, printing, and sending your cancellation letter.
5. How quickly will my cancellation letter be sent after the request?
After receiving all necessary information, your cancellation letter will be sent within two working days.
6. Can I receive a copy of the cancellation letter?
Yes, you can find a digital copy of the cancellation letter in the order confirmation or receive it by email upon request.
7. Is the cancellation letter really sent to the organization?
Yes, once your cancellation letter is drafted, we will ensure it is sent to the respective organization.
8. What happens if there is an error in my cancellation letter?
Contact us at [email protected] and we will correct the error and send a new letter if necessary.
9. How will I know that my cancellation has been processed by the organization?
Organizations typically confirm the processing of cancellations within a month. If in doubt, contact the organization directly.

Due to our automated process, it is not possible to cancel cancellation letters once they have been sent. For cancellation of your termination, we recommend contacting the relevant organization directly.
12. Will I receive confirmation when my cancellation letter has been processed?
Yes, companies usually notify you when the cancellation letter has been processed and until when the contract will still be in effect. If you doubt the processing time, please contact the company to which you sent the cancellation letter.

If your cancellation is not accepted by the organization, please contact them directly for clarification. They are able to explain why your cancellation request was denied. At Termination Experts, we ensure the correct sending of your cancellation letter, but the processing and confirmation of it lies with the organization itself.
14. Are your data on the companies always up to date?
We regularly collect and verify the address details of companies to ensure accuracy.

Changes after sending are not possible; please contact the organization directly for any changes.
