Why do you pay afterwards?
We only invoice after your cancellation letter has been sent because we want to deliver our service first. The invoice follows after two weeks, as most organizations will have received and processed your cancellation by then. This gives you confidence that we fulfill our promise and ensures a transparent collaboration.

Why do I pay only after dispatch?
We believe in providing our service before invoicing you. This demonstrates our confidence in what we offer and assures you that we will fulfill our promise. The invoice is sent two weeks later, giving the organization time to process your cancellation.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, absolutely not. 380 NOK including VAT is all you pay. There are no additional charges for shipping, administration, resending, or customer support. Everything is included in this price.
Will I get my money back if the cancellation fails?
You are paying us for drafting and sending the cancellation letter, not for the final outcome. While we cannot guarantee that every organization will accept your cancellation, we do provide free resending and support if needed.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or any of the other available payment methods. The payment term is 14 days after receiving the invoice. You will receive the invoice by email with all necessary information.
