Contest Terms and Conditions

Here you can find the terms and conditions of our contest.

Participation

  • Participation in contests organized by TerminationExperts is free of charge.
  • Participation occurs when an entrant actively takes part in a promotion through the designated channel (such as completing a form, posting a review on the specified website, or following other instructions).
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Employees of TerminationExperts are excluded from participation.
  • Contests are intended exclusively for natural persons.
  • Any prizes to be shipped will be sent to a residential address.

Winner

  • Winners are selected impartially, for example, by means of a drawing.
  • If applicable (such as in promotions where another person is tagged), the tagged individual will be considered the winner.
  • Winners are expected to provide their details (such as the delivery address) within 24 hours of being contacted. After one week, entitlement to the prize expires.
  • TerminationExperts reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Personal Data

  • Personal data provided in connection with a contest will be used solely for administering the promotion (such as sending out prizes).
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted within one month after the conclusion of the contest.

Other Conditions

  • TerminationExperts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the contest without prior notice.
  • All contests are governed by Dutch law.
